New AchillesAI scores suppliers on ESG and country risk
The new tool offers continuous, no-touch monitoring to help businesses spot hidden risks and prioritise supplier checks

Achilles has launched AchillesAI Predictive Scoring, a data-driven tool that automatically monitors ESG and country risks across entire supply chains without requiring supplier input. The new solution allows companies to continuously screen all suppliers, including non-strategic ones, and identify hidden risks before they escalate.
The service is designed to complement deeper supplier validations by offering a fast and scalable way to highlight where significant risks may emerge. With early, data-led insights, businesses can decide which suppliers to prioritise for further checks and when to act, even before onboarding begins.
Powered by continuous monitoring of publicly available information and Achilles’ advanced analytics, the tool delivers up-to-date ESG and country risk scores at scale. Customers can screen thousands of suppliers automatically, spot potential risks sooner, and track performance dynamically. It also guides supplier engagement and supports them with clear pathways to improve transparency and credibility.
Mark Chamberlain, Vice-President of Product and Insights at Achilles, said the launch would help customers extend ESG due diligence across their entire supply chain. “Predictive Scoring is a practical, scalable and contactless solution that fully supports customers implementing a risk-based methodology – giving them early visibility of potential risks with minimal effort,” he said.
Smitha Shetty, Regional Director at APAC at Achilles, highlighted its relevance for Asia Pacific. “Supply chains across Asia Pacific are becoming more complex, and the expectations for transparency are increasing rapidly. Predictive Scoring empowers organisations to address ESG risks early and at scale, while also providing suppliers with clear pathways to build resilience and credibility,” she said.
