KSH INFRA, a leading developer of sustainable Grade A industrial and logistics infrastructure in India, has announced a major investment of ₹550 crore for its second industrial and logistics park in Tamil Nadu. The new facility will be located in the high-growth Sriperumbudur-Oragadam corridor, a region already established as a major industrial cluster and home to several global manufacturing giants.

The upcoming park will span approximately 60 acres of freehold land and offer a development potential of 1.6 million square feet. The site benefits from about 600 meters of direct frontage on a major district road, ensuring robust multimodal access. Its proximity to the nearly completed Chennai–Bangalore Expressway (NE7) will provide fast connectivity to key industrial hubs, ports, and consumption centers, making it an attractive destination for manufacturing and allied industries.

This strategic corridor already houses industry leaders such as Hyundai, Danfoss, Essar Steel, Apollo Tyres, Michelin, Foxconn, Dell, Samsung, and Nokia, among others, and is rapidly evolving into a multi-sectoral industrial hub. The region’s importance is further elevated by ongoing infrastructure projects, including the Chennai–Bangalore Expressway, Peripheral Ring Road, the upcoming Greenfield Airport at Parandur, the Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Mappedu, and the Aerospace Park in Sriperumbudur. These developments collectively position the area as a key node within the Chennai–Bangalore Industrial Corridor (CBIC).

Construction of the new park is scheduled to commence by March–April 2026 and is expected to create over 1,500 job opportunities in the region. The park is designed to cater to the evolving needs of both global and domestic manufacturers, particularly in the automotive, electronics, and engineering sectors.

This investment follows KSH INFRA’s earlier foray into South India, where it invested ₹450 crore in a Grade A industrial and logistics park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, covering 50 acres with a development potential of 1.25 million square feet. With the Sriperumbudur project, the company’s total investment in Tamil Nadu surpasses ₹1,000 crore.

Rohit Hegde, Managing Director of KSH INFRA, emphasized the company’s vision to build world-class industrial and logistics parks across India’s key growth corridors, aiming to scale up to over 10 million square feet of high-quality, sustainable infrastructure in the next 2–3 years. Sundaresan Vaidyanathan, CEO, highlighted the company’s deep expertise in industrial real estate and its commitment to sustainable, future-ready developments.

KSH INFRA’s continued expansion underscores the growing demand for modern logistics and industrial infrastructure in India, reinforced by government policy support and the region’s favorable regulatory environment. This project is set to further strengthen Tamil Nadu’s position as a leading industrial powerhouse in the country.
