Giva automates logistics with ClickPost ahead of festive season surge
ClickPost’s platform cuts Giva’s manual logistics work by 80% and supports its 350-store expansion plan.

Giva, one of India’s jewellery brands, has partnered with ClickPost to automate its logistics operations, ahead of the high-demand festive season. The collaboration aims to cut manual effort by 80% and supports Giva’s plan to expand its store network to 350 outlets by March 2026.
With festive season sales expected to surge, Giva sought a technology-driven solution to manage its complex omnichannel supply chain. ClickPost’s platform offers a single source of truth for all shipments, including direct-to-consumer, B2B, quick commerce, and store replenishment, providing full visibility and control from courier booking to final delivery.
The partnership marks a shift from a people-dependent model to a system-driven workflow. Automation has significantly reduced the time and effort spent on logistics, allowing Giva’s team to manage analytics, billing, and real-time tracking through one dashboard. Nikhil Rangari, AVP of Operations at Giva, said the change has cut daily manual logistics tasks in the B2B vertical from two to three hours to under 30 minutes.
ClickPost also ensures real-time tracking and proactive handling of returns and non-deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction during the busy festive period. Naman Vijay, Co-founder and CEO of ClickPost, added that the platform provides stability, automation, and intelligence to support Giva’s rapid growth and meet customer expectations consistently.
