Delhivery, India’s largest integrated logistics player, has officially launched its on-demand intracity shipping service, Delhivery Direct, in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru, following a successful pilot run in Ahmedabad. The service, now fully live in two of India’s busiest logistics hubs, enables hyperlocal delivery with pickups starting within 15 minutes of booking via the Delhivery Direct mobile app.

Targeted at both consumers and SMEs, Delhivery Direct promises speed, affordability, and reliability for local delivery needs. Customers can book deliveries using two-wheelers for smaller parcels and three- or four-wheelers for larger shipments, covering everything from personal packages to B2B consignments.

“We are now fully live with Delhivery Direct across NCR and Bengaluru—two of the largest markets for on-demand intracity service in India—and will rapidly expand to key metros,” said Sahil Barua, MD & CEO of Delhivery. “This launch provides millions of consumers and SMEs across the country with a logistics solution that simply works: fast, affordable, and reliable.”

Apart from simplifying urban logistics, Delhivery Direct is also creating value for gig workers by offering consistent earning opportunities and flexible hours, supported by Delhivery’s robust operational infrastructure.

Available for download on Google Play and Apple App Store, the Delhivery Direct app lets users schedule both intracity and intercity shipments. Users can ship to any of the 18,800+ pin codes serviced by Delhivery across India, making it a one-stop solution for logistics, from hyperlocal to nationwide.

With this launch, Delhivery continues to push boundaries in the logistics ecosystem, addressing the growing demand for agile and tech-enabled intracity shipping across India’s urban centers.
