ClickPost has expanded the capabilities of its AI voice agent, Parth, with a new Order Confirmation feature to help e-commerce brands combat fake orders, cash-on-delivery cancellations, and last-minute delivery failures during India’s busy festive season.

The enhanced AI, already used by brands such as MyMuse and Agrim, now operates across the entire order lifecycle, managing both pre- and post-dispatch customer interactions. Parth can verify orders, confirm customer intent, correct delivery details, and even encourage shoppers to switch from COD to prepaid, all through voice calls and WhatsApp without human intervention.

India’s festive e-commerce market is expected to see shipments rise by 27% in 2025, crossing ₹1.2 lakh crore. Yet, 25–30% of COD orders typically fail, while online fraud increases by 20–25% during this period, resulting in significant revenue losses. Parth’s new feature aims to safeguard brands from these challenges, ensuring smoother deliveries and protecting profits.

“Brands spend so much effort and money to fill their sales funnel during the festive season, but then they let a huge portion of that revenue just leak out,” said Naman Vijay, Co-Founder of ClickPost. “Parth's Order Confirmation is an intelligent, automated way to make sure the orders you win are the orders you actually keep.”

In addition to verification, Parth collects customer insights, analysing reasons for cancellations and measuring intent, helping brands refine strategies beyond the festive period. The feature can be activated by any e-commerce brand in just one day without requiring developer support.
