Blue Dart Express has launched its new Digital Account Opening (DAO) platform, allowing businesses across India to open accounts and start shipping within just 10 minutes. The platform offers a seamless, five-step onboarding process, enabling companies to register, verify KYC, sign agreements, and recharge prepaid cards quickly and efficiently.
The DAO Journey allows businesses to create a profile, select a plan, complete Aadhaar-enabled agreement signing, and immediately begin shipping using a Digital Prepaid Card. All interactions are tracked in real time, while early access to Blue Dart’s customer dashboard gives users control over tools and services to enhance their shipping experience. Post onboarding, customers can select from three pre-defined shipping plans or choose a customised plan tailored to their business needs.
