June 10, 2020: The predictive logistics platform FarEye has unveiled a global digital campaign ‘FarEye Smile’, recognizing the efforts of delivery personnel during the Covid–19 pandemic, and the technology that makes it possible.
“While the world reels under consequent lockdowns, these silent warriors have been working tirelessly, delivering essential items like food, grocery, and medicines at the doorstep of those in need,” says the release.
The digital campaign focuses on the ‘joy’ that a delivery brings to the restricted everyday life of consumers sitting at home. Whether it’s an essential item such as groceries or medicines or simply something to satisfy the urge of going out, the contactless deliveries offered by retailers, e-commerce portals, food aggregators, and restaurants make living in such difficult times possible. Empowered by FarEye technology, these deliveries keep us safe and bring a smile to the masses of consumers across the globe every day.
Komal Puri, global marketing director, FarEye said “A well-managed and seamless delivery fleet is the backbone of any online ordering business. Even during these testing times, when all of us are safe inside our homes, the delivery executives have delivered a million orders each month. ‘FarEye Smile’ campaign is an effort from our side to appreciate the risk taken by the delivery workforces, an effort to bring a smile on their faces just like the way they bring to ours.”
FarEye has extended support to SMEs and MSMEs by equipping them with its delivery optimization software FarEye Serve at zero cost. With ‘FarEye Serve’, small businesses can offer last-mile delivery to their customer via intelligent routing, contactless deliveries, easy staff onboarding, and real-time communication with customers. Enterprises can use this technology by simply registering online.
