GoComet launched its Agentic AI platform and Incidents Lens in Mumbai on 13 November during the 9th edition of Odyssey Mumbai 2025, positioning the tools as the next step in how supply chains use data, respond to disruption, and automate decision-making across global networks.

The company said the new platform is designed to build logistics systems that think, adapt, and act using intelligence shaped by real operational data. GoComet co-founder and CEO Chitransh Sahai said the strength of AI agents depends on how well businesses connect their data. "The intelligence and quality of AI agents doesn't depend on whether you're using Gemini or ChatGPT; it actually depends on the metadata and how well you stitch two disparate data points together for your specific business," he said.

The Agentic AI suite includes Monk, a shipment performance analyser, and Jarvis, an interactive reporting agent. Both are built to work continuously with company data, generating insights without manual intervention. Prasad Alurkar, Head of Operations at GoComet, said, "We've moved beyond information symmetry to building systems where AI agents work 24/7 with your data, automatically generating insights. It's not about replacing people; it's about giving supply chain teams an intelligent assistant that never sleeps."

Incidents Lens, launched alongside the platform, is built to track global disruptions in real time and flag affected shipments. It combines external risk signals with internal supply chain data to help companies respond quickly to events ranging from weather disruptions to geopolitical changes.

GoComet positioned the two launches as part of a shift toward autonomous logistics, where information is not only visible but also actionable. The company said the new tools aim to help enterprises strengthen resilience, cut response times, and improve predictability in an environment where volatility has become routine.

The event closed with a live demonstration by Sahai and Prasad Alurkar, Head of Operations, unveiling the Agentic AI platform and Incidents Lens. "The intelligence and quality of AI agents doesn't depend on whether you're using Gemini or ChatGPT; it actually depends on the metadata and how well you stitch two disparate data points together for your specific business," Sahai said.

The demo featured AI agents, including Monk for OTIF analysis and Jarvis for interactive reporting. Alurkar said, "We've moved beyond information symmetry to building systems where AI agents work 24/7 with your data, automatically generating insights. It's not about replacing people; it's about giving supply chain teams an intelligent assistant that never sleeps."

The ninth edition of Odyssey reinforced its role as a forum for India’s logistics sector to exchange ideas and advance the shift toward intelligent supply chains.
