Western Railway reports 290% surge in automobile loading; moves 39 rakes in Sept

"Western Railway has registered best ever Auto Rake loading in September. WR is fast emerging as the preferred mode to transport cargo smoothly & efficiently," noted the tweet.
To enhance freight operations, Indian Railways has recently developed a Freight Business Development portal. It provides a channel to potential freight customers to seek assistance in transporting goods by rail.
