TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has announced its expansion into Madhya Pradesh with the development of a new built-to-suit industrial and logistics park in Indore. The company is set to invest ₹250 crore in the 20-acre facility, with operations expected to commence by August 2026.
According to the press release, the park is designed to cater to a diverse range of sectors, including c-commerce, automobiles, textiles, FMCG/FMCD, and third-party logistics (3PL).
Located in the established industrial hub of Pithampur Sector 7, the project marks TVS ILP as the first corporate developer to enter the Indore market with the specific aim of delivering grade A industrial infrastructure. The new park is designed to facilitate efficient access to western, northern, and southern India.
Connectivity is a key highlight of the project, located just 1 km from national highway 47 (Indore–Ahmedabad corridor) for excellent road access. Furthermore, the location offers convenient city access, situated within a 25 km radius of the Indore airport, railway station, and the city center.
Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP said, "We are the first corporate developer to enter Indore with the objective of addressing the gap in availability of Grade A industrial and logistics parks in the city".
"With rising demand driven by industrial growth and increasing urban consumption, our focus is to create a world-class facility," he further added.
The project is being developed on land allotted by the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC). The facility is designed to meet global standards in construction and utility, incorporating FM2 flooring to withstand heavy industrial usage.
Subramaniam noted that the facility will serve not only Madhya Pradesh but also neighboring states such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.
Operational efficiency is ensured by a 13.5-metre-wide apron for seamless truck maneuvering and a dedicated 1,000 KVA power infrastructure for uninterrupted operations. Furthermore, the property includes comprehensive fire safety systems and wide internal roads for enhanced accessibility and safety..
Beyond infrastructure, the project is poised to boost the local economy. TVS ILP estimates the park will generate employment for over 1,000 people in and around Indore, creating significant opportunities for the local community.
