SuperYou has announced a partnership with Unicommerce, India’s e-commerce enablement SaaS platform to streamline its order and inventory management across its D2C website, various marketplaces, and the rapidly growing quick commerce (Q-com) sector.
According to the press release, the transition provides the brand with real-time visibility into warehouse workflows and inventory levels, a critical requirement for meeting the modern consumer’s demand for instant and same-day delivery.
The Uniware platform is designed to handle the complexities of multi-channel retail, ensuring that stock levels are synchronised across all points of sale to prevent overselling and shipping delays.
"As consumer brands evolve to meet rising expectations for speed and convenience, the way operations are run needs to evolve as well. This partnership reflects a shared focus on building scalable, future-ready commerce operations," said Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO of Unicommerce
Beyond outbound logistics, the partnership specifically addresses the challenge of reverse logistics. Uniware will centralise SuperYou’s returns management, which will allow the brand to maintain visibility over returns from multiple marketplaces, improve inventory reconciliation accuracy, and reduce manual intervention as order volumes scale.
SuperYou, which joins a growing list of celebrity-backed, digital-first brands, is part of a broader industry trend. As these brands scale, they are increasingly investing in sophisticated technology-led infrastructure rather than relying on fragmented manual processes.
