ColdStar Logistics has entered into a long-term partnership with abCoffee to manage temperature-controlled logistics and warehousing for the coffee chain across key Indian markets. The collaboration will support the movement and storage of abCoffee’s beverages and ingredients across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Uttar Pradesh, with a focus on maintaining product quality and delivery timelines across online and offline channels.

Under the agreement, ColdStar will provide temperature-controlled and ambient warehousing along with end-to-end distribution support. The logistics provider will deploy its IoT-based temperature monitoring systems, predictive technology stack and route optimisation tools across the supply chain, covering storage, inventory management and last-mile delivery. The partnership is aimed at ensuring consistency in product quality while reducing spoilage and stock disruptions.

The logistics network will support abCoffee’s growing demand across multiple cities, with ColdStar handling time-sensitive movement of ingredients and ready-to-serve beverages. The supply chain model is designed to address challenges related to temperature control, stock availability and real-time visibility, which are critical for food and beverage brands operating at scale.

“Our partnership with abCoffee is a testament to ColdStar’s commitment to enabling India’s fast-evolving F&B landscape through a ‘Never Stock Out’ strategy which is core to our mission. We prevent stockouts and enable market responsiveness for our clients, giving them the assurance to deliver on their promise of quality and taste to their consumers every single time,” said Sameer Varma, Executive Director, ColdStar Logistics.

The partnership also supports abCoffee’s expansion plans by strengthening backend logistics across its outlet network. ColdStar’s warehousing and distribution network spans more than 7,000 pin codes across over 200 cities, providing coverage for both metro and non-metro markets.

“What helped us zero in on ColdStar as our long-term partner was their extensive pan-India network, advanced technology stack, rigorous operational protocols, and ‘Never Stock Out’ commitment. Their expertise in multi-temperature handling for storage and transport of fresh goods is unparallelled,” said Abhijeet Anand, Founder and CEO of abCoffee.

As part of its broader distribution strategy, abCoffee has also partnered with Cityflo to offer beverages on select bus routes in Mumbai. Orders placed through the Cityflo app will be fulfilled through ColdStar’s temperature-controlled supply chain, covering preparation, transit and onboard delivery to passengers.

Founded in 2022, abCoffee operates over 75 outlets across India. ColdStar Logistics, established in 2011, operates a temperature-controlled supply chain network with 23 distribution centres and services more than 7,000 pin codes nationwide. The company handles over 1.2 million units per month and supports food, retail and healthcare supply chains through technology-led logistics operations.
