Trezix launches AI-powered suite to simplify India’s trade operations
Trezix One uses AI to automate India’s export-import processes, boosting compliance, speed, and real-time decision-making.;
Trezix, a B2B SaaS platform for export and import operations, has launched Trezix One, a suite of AI assistants designed to simplify and automate trade processes for businesses in India and across global markets. The platform keeps humans at the centre of decision-making while using AI to make every trade operation faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Built on the framework of prevent, predict, and transform, Trezix One acts as an intelligent command centre that unifies trade data, documents, and decisions into a single source. It offers dual compliance handling, quick onboarding through pre-configured modules, real-time mapping, ERP integration, and audit traceability for different sectors.
At the heart of the platform is a set of nine AI-powered assistants, called ezAgents, that cover the full export-import (Exim) spectrum—from procurement and logistics to finance and compliance. These assistants deliver sector-specific automation and decision intelligence to address complex challenges and improve accuracy in global trade operations.
Haresh Calcuttawala, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trezix, said that the company aims to change how global trade operates. “The future is about intelligent assistants that transform the lives of people behind global trade. With Trezix One, we have built an AI-native orchestration engine to help businesses prevent costly mistakes, predict risks before they hit, and unlock new possibilities,” he said.
Trezix has also partnered with the International Trade Council to develop advanced Certificate of Origin traceability and quality certification validation tools. These will help Indian businesses maintain transparency, meet FDA-aligned compliance standards, and avoid trade sanctions.
Alongside the launch, Trezix introduced its new book, The Great Trade Reboot: Harnessing Agentic AI for Compliance and Growth, co-authored by its founders Sunil Kharbanda and Haresh Calcuttawala. Published in partnership with the International Trade Council, the book now available to Indian readers, explores how intelligent systems can help businesses and governments automate compliance, manage risks, and adapt to changing trade dynamics.
