ICD-Bawal, operated by Sanjvik Terminals under Om Logistics, has strengthened Northern India’s export-import (EXIM) connectivity with the launch of ONE Line’s BL Point operations and the resumption of rail services to major sea ports. These developments mark a major step in improving trade flow and logistics efficiency for the region.

Ocean Network Express (ONE), one of the world’s largest shipping lines, has officially started its BL Point operations at ICD-Bawal. The move will support exporters and importers across the automobile and white goods sectors, many of which are based in the Korean and Japanese industrial belt. This new service ensures faster, more reliable, and direct EXIM deliveries through Bawal, further enhancing the terminal’s operational strength and customer service.

In addition, ICD-Bawal has restarted its EXIM rail transportation from key Indian ports like Mundra, Pipavav and JNPT in partnership with Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects, a rail operator with a fleet of over 80 rakes. The presence of a Gati Shakti terminal within the Bawal region also allows customers to benefit from double-stack movement, helping reduce logistics costs and turnaround time.

These initiatives have positioned ICD-Bawal as a major logistics hub for North India, achieving record handling of TEUs in September 2025. Backed by advanced infrastructure, process-driven operations and a customer-first approach, Sanjvik Terminals continues to strengthen its role in India’s EXIM trade network. The latest expansions underline ICD-Bawal’s growing contribution to the country’s logistics and supply chain excellence.
