Cargo Flash appoints Suresh Nair as revenue management services head

September 3, 2020: IT and business consulting firm for the air cargo industry, Cargo Flash today announced the appointment of aviation expert Suresh Nair as head of revenue management services.

Suresh Nair has 22 years of experience in the air cargo industry and worked with multiple airlines covering all aspects of air cargo business including sales, marketing, revenue management and operations.

His last experience has been with Oman Air wherein he was responsible for Global Cargo Sales and Marketing, implementing and managing the sales and distribution strategies for Oman Air Cargo division since inception.

His past work experience includes working with airlines like Swiss Air and Etihad Airways handling and managing cargo revenue management functions. During his role with Etihad Airways, he was one of the key drivers managing global pricing and capacity management strategies which contributed to the generation of cargo revenues worth hundreds of millions of dollars on a fleet of passenger and all-cargo freighter aircraft. During his tenure with Etihad, he also managed the implementation of cargo revenue management system on behalf of the business unit in his role of project manager for the implementation,” said the release.
