Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport (BLR Airport) exported 921 metric tonnes of mangoes to 51 international destinations in FY 2025, marking a 12% increase from last year.

The exports, amounting to 31.5 lakh mangoes sourced from Karnataka and neighbouring regions, were facilitated by 24 airlines during the season. The shipments reached destinations including Dulles, Dallas–Fort Worth, San Francisco, Chicago, and Seattle.

The mango exports this year included 19 new destinations, a 21% rise from the previous season. Satyaki Raghunath, Chief Operating Officer of Bangalore International Airport Ltd, said, "At BLR Airport, we take great pride in being a trusted link between our farmers and global consumers. The success of this mango season speaks to the collaborative efforts of our regulatory bodies, airline partners, cargo handlers, trade promotion councils, trade bodies, and farming communities."
