AGOS Aviation has become a Strategic Partner of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), strengthening its engagement with the global air transport community and enabling it to contribute to the development of industry standards and best practices.

Under the IATA Strategic Partnerships Programme, AGOS Aviation will work with airline representatives and industry experts through IATA working groups. The company will contribute to the development and implementation of industry standards while participating in industry forums, panel discussions and global aviation events.

The partnership marks a milestone for AGOS Aviation and recognises its long-standing expertise in providing aviation support services to airlines. It also reinforces the company's focus on operational excellence, innovation and collaboration across the aviation industry.

AGOS Aviation has nearly four decades of operational experience and has evolved from a Loadmaster company into a Global Capability Center offering operational and backend support services to airlines worldwide. The company says its model enables airlines to outsource several processes traditionally managed at their headquarters, allowing them to focus on their core operations while AGOS provides operational support.

The company's services include Loadmaster Services, Trip Support, Station Representation, Global Centralised Load Control, Global Catering Management, Global Customs Support, Invoice Processing and Analytics, Loadmaster Scheduling, ULD Management and other specialised airline support functions. Through its Global Capability Center model, AGOS aims to help airlines improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and maintain high standards of safety and service.

For the global air cargo sector, the partnership is expected to strengthen AGOS Aviation's involvement in areas such as centralised load control, load planning, airline operational support and technology-enabled solutions. The company said it will continue supporting airlines in improving operational performance while promoting greater industry collaboration and standardisation.

As an IATA Strategic Partner, AGOS Aviation said it looks forward to strengthening relationships across the aviation ecosystem, sharing its operational expertise and contributing to the advancement of global aviation standards.
