ShipMaxx360, a technology-led commerce enablement platform developed under Losung360, has become an independent entity as it seeks to strengthen its presence in India's growing eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) market.

Losung360 developed the platform, which began as a logistics service provider before expanding into eCommerce and business growth services. ShipMaxx360 was introduced in 2025, followed by the launch of SellerPro, ShipBulk, and StockBridge during 2025–26.

The transition gives ShipMaxx360 a separate identity and dedicated roadmap, enabling it to focus on the evolving requirements of eCommerce and D2C brands. The move lets the platform respond faster to changing market demands while delivering consistent technology and services to businesses.

With a focus beyond logistics, ShipMaxx360 has adopted the tagline "More Than Shipping" to reflect its wider role in empowering brand growth. The thinking behind the proposition is simple: online brands often have to work with different vendors for every step of their commerce journey. ShipMaxx360 brings these capabilities together under one ecosystem, from managing orders and inventory to fulfilment, shipping, customer experience, marketing and compliance. With this integrated approach, the company aims to work with 10,000+ brands by 2027.

Krishna Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, ShipMaxx360, said, “The next phase of eCommerce growth will not be defined by shipping alone. Brands need greater control over their operations, better visibility into their data, and the ability to connect technology with execution. ShipMaxx360 has been created around this fundamental shift. Our objective is to simplify the operating stack for brands while giving them the technology and infrastructure required to scale efficiently."

ShipMaxx360 serves more than 1,100 brands and merchants, with its shipping platform handling over 100,000 shipments monthly and its warehouses processing more than 150,000 shipments a month. The company delivers to over 28,000 PIN codes and operates more than 1.1 million sq. ft. of warehouse space across 10-plus Indian states through its partner network.

The platform's technology suite comprises three core solutions: an Order Management System (OMS), a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a control tower. The OMS consolidates orders from websites and marketplaces, enabling automated processing, routing and shipping. The WMS supports inventory management, real-time stock visibility, packaging recommendations, audit logs and routine warehouse operations. Meanwhile, the control tower provides visibility into orders, inventory and shipments, including live tracking and courier performance, helping brands take proactive operational decisions.

ShipMaxx360 also offers managed services across the commerce value chain. ShipMaxx handles multi-courier direct-to-consumer (D2C) shipping, while SupplySphere provides warehousing and fulfilment services. SellerPro focuses on automated growth marketing, ShipBulk manages business-to-business (B2B) full truckload (FTL) and part truckload (PTL) freight and quick-commerce replenishment, and StockBridge supports seller-of-record compliance and distribution.

The company said its technology is built on the logistics and warehousing expertise developed by Losung360, enabling brands to manage technology and operational execution within a single ecosystem rather than coordinating with multiple service providers. Losung360 will continue to focus on enterprise customers, offering warehousing, fulfilment and FTL bulk transportation services across India.

ShipMaxx360 is also incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into routine commerce operations. These applications include voice calls and WhatsApp automation for order confirmations and non-delivery report (NDR) follow-ups, alongside cash-on-delivery (COD) reconciliation and early COD solutions.

As part of its next phase of growth, the company plans to introduce ShipMaxx Insights to help brands identify opportunities to reduce return-to-origin (RTO) rates and improve conversions. Its roadmap also includes predictive courier allocation, expanded AI-led automation, further development of SellerPro, and wider StockBridge coverage to support faster deliveries.

SellerPro, offered as a free automated growth marketing product, aims to help D2C brands generate demand. StockBridge is expected to expand its reach to improve delivery speed and distribution capabilities.

ShipMaxx360 works with D2C brands, marketplace sellers, and growing businesses across categories such as fashion and apparel, beauty and personal care, health and nutraceuticals, electronics and consumer durables, home and kitchen, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Alongside its transition into an independent entity, the company has unveiled a new website and brand identity to reflect its focus on technology-led commerce enablement.

ShipMaxx360 is a technology-driven, full-stack eCommerce enablement platform serving eCommerce and D2C businesses of all sizes across India. It integrates software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions with services spanning shipping, growth marketing, bulk transportation, warehousing and fulfilment, compliance management and distribution through a unified platform.
