TVS Supply Chain Solutions has announced the appointment of Vikas Chadha as its new Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 22, 2026. This leadership change comes as the current Managing Director, Ravi Viswanathan, prepares to retire during the 2026–27 financial year.
To ensure stability, Viswanathan will continue to serve as Managing Director during the transition period, working closely with Chadha to guarantee leadership continuity and the steady execution of the company’s long-term strategy.
Ravi Viswanathan said, "I remain fully committed to ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated transition and to supporting Vikas as he is inducted and prepares for a seamless leadership transition."
Vikas Chadha joins the company with over three decades of leadership experience across multinational organisations, distinguished by a strong track record in strategy execution and managing geographically diverse operations.
His career includes early roles as Branch Sales Head for Telecom Products at Larsen & Toubro in 2000, followed by a position as National Sales Manager (India) at Sharp Electronics, and a tenure as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Before his most recent role as CEO of Jumbo Electronics Group, which he took on in October 2021, Chadha served at Honeywell for 12 years.
Chadha said, "I am honoured to join TVS Supply Chain Solutions at an exciting phase of its journey. TVS SCS has built a strong global platform with deep customer partnerships and a talented team. I look forward to working closely with Ravi and the leadership team to drive the next phase of growth."
