TVS ILP to build ₹200 crore logistics and industrial park in Telangana
The MoU was signed at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 and aims to boost jobs and support supply chain growth in the state.

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana to acquire 20 acres of land for a new tech-enabled logistics and industrial park. The MoU was signed at Bharat Future City during the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Anumula. The agreement was signed between Dr Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP, and Sanjay Kumar, Special Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department.
The investment supports Telangana’s plan to become a major hub for manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. The project is expected to create employment and help the growth of supply chains and industry across multiple sectors.
Dr Ramnath Subramaniam said the state’s investment climate and infrastructure vision offer a strong opportunity for high-quality logistics development. He said Telangana is an important hub for TVS ILP’s national logistics network and praised the state’s execution and ambition. He added that the company is proud to support Telangana’s rise as a global industrial centre, and that the project reflects the company’s long-term commitment to strengthening the state’s industrial and supply chain ecosystem.
TVS ILP is the first corporate developer in the warehousing industry and continues to expand its presence. The company manages more than 20 parks across India.
