TVS ILP leases 80,000 sq ft at Visakhapatnam park to ATC Tires
The Yokohama Group company will use the warehouse as a hub for domestic tyre distribution and exports.

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has leased 80,000 sq ft of warehouse space at its Visakhapatnam facility in Andhra Pradesh to ATC Tires AP Pvt. Ltd., a Yokohama Group company. The facility has commenced operations and will serve as a mother hub warehouse supporting domestic distribution and export activities.
The warehouse will support the storage and distribution of Yokohama passenger car tyres, along with the ALLIANCE, GALAXY and PRIMEX brands of off-highway tyres used in agriculture, construction, industrial and forestry applications.
The facility is expected to help ATC Tires streamline domestic supply chains, strengthen export operations and improve access to key industrial and manufacturing markets. Its location in Visakhapatnam is also expected to support distribution across South and East India, while contributing to local employment and regional industrial development.
Dr Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP, said the partnership would support ATC Tires and the Yokohama Group in strengthening their presence in South India. He highlighted Visakhapatnam’s connectivity, industrial ecosystem and government incentives as factors supporting its emergence as a destination for businesses across sectors.
Jose Motha, General Manager of Supply Chain Management at Yokohama, said the warehouse would complement the company’s highly automated tyre manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam. He added that connectivity to key trade routes and access to markets across South and East India would help improve logistics efficiency and supply chain responsiveness.
The lease adds to TVS ILP’s Grade-A warehousing portfolio in India and supports its focus on developing industrial and logistics infrastructure along key economic corridors.
The facility is positioned to support the movement of passenger car and off-highway tyres through domestic distribution networks and export supply chains.
