TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has launched ONE TVS ILP, an AI-driven Operations and Business Development (BD) app designed to simplify warehousing operations and improve customer experience. The company said the app is the first-of-its-kind solution in the Indian warehousing sector and is now available on Android and iOS platforms.

The app is designed to improve operational efficiency by offering a single digital interface for service requests, grievance management and value-added services. It includes an ‘Ask-Me’ intelligence feature to help users get quicker responses. It also provides real-time information on site operations, space availability and other operational details, allowing customers to make informed decisions.

ONE TVS ILP follows a voice-first approach, enabling users to interact with the app while managing their business requirements. By learning from user inputs, preferences and interaction history, it provides contextual suggestions and predictive responses to make interactions more intuitive and support decision-making.

The app also includes a ‘General Query’ feature that provides information such as lead status, site details, rental benchmarks and performance metrics. Its ‘My Inquiries’ section allows teams to record and track site visits, leads, meetings, calls, build-to-suit (BTS) enquiries and other business development activities.

Supporting both voice and text inputs, the app manages the complete enquiry and service request process. It also includes reminder and follow-up functions, along with secure sign-in and access controls to ensure authorised access and data privacy.

The app continues to support customers throughout their lease period by offering a one-click service model with 24x7 assistance. Customers can raise requests related to facility issues and maintenance requirements. Once a request is submitted, the app records the issue, assists the user and alerts the support team for quicker action.

According to the company, the launch of ONE TVS ILP is part of its strategy to build a digital ecosystem around its warehousing infrastructure and develop technology-enabled assets for the future.

Commenting on the launch, Sargunaraj Ravichandran, Director, TVS ILP, said the warehousing industry is increasingly adopting digital and technology-led solutions. He added that the company aims to set new standards in the sector through innovations that go beyond conventional voice-enabled applications.
