TransportOne by Delhivery has launched an agentic AI workforce for logistics, bringing together six specialised AI agents to support logistics teams across transportation planning, procurement, coordination, invoice auditing, customer support and business analysis.

The platform is designed to handle day-to-day logistics activities across the transportation lifecycle while allowing teams to retain oversight and step in when human judgement is required. These activities include coordinating with carriers and shipments, negotiating rates, following up on deliveries and resolving issues.

TransportOne said the platform is expected to identify and recover freight overcharges through invoice audits, secure more competitive spot rates through simultaneous carrier negotiations and improve service-level compliance by identifying potential deviations. These capabilities could help enterprises reduce freight spend by 5–8%, lower detention charges by 20–40% and support 100% freight invoice audit coverage.

The six AI agents are Nayan, Vihaan, Kabir, Saanvi, Anaya and Ved. Nayan handles shipment coordination with transporters, drivers and consignees across the shipment lifecycle. Vihaan reviews loads, compares contract and spot rates and helps secure capacity.

Kabir manages procurement activities, including carrier negotiations and spot requests for quotations. Saanvi checks freight invoices against contracted rates and terms. Anaya handles customer queries and service-related workflows, while Ved analyses operational data to provide insights for business and financial decisions.

“The next step in logistics technology is not simply giving teams more data or dashboards, but enabling action on that information reliably, in the background,” said Surajit Das, Senior Vice President, TransportOne by Delhivery.

“TransportOne’s specialised AI Agents act across the logistics workflow, from negotiating with carriers and managing shipments to checking invoices and surfacing insights, so teams can spend more time on decisions that drive their operations.”
