TCI Freight CEO Ishwar Singh Sigar steps down; Rajendra Sharma to take charge from March 31, 2026

Transport Corporation of India Limited has announced that Ishwar Singh Sigar has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of its TCI Freight Division with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026, following changes in his roles and responsibilities within the company. He has also ceased to be a Key Managerial Personnel from the same date.
The company shared this update with the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
As stated earlier by the company in its communication dated February 4, 2026, Rajendra Sharma, who is currently CEO-Designate for the TCI Freight Division and part of the senior management, will take over the role and responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer.
The company has confirmed that there are no other reasons for this change apart from the ones mentioned.
