Shipyaari has onboarded Manish Bhardwaj as the new National Sales Director.

In his new position, Bhardwaj will oversee the development and execution of Shipyaari's customer acquisition strategy along with driving India expansion and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, says an official release.

Bhardwaj comes with a strong logistics background, having worked in different capacities and supply chain roles for Amazon, FedEx, DHL and MyPACCO. Prior to joining Shipyaari, Bhardwaj also made his entrepreneurial debut as a Co-Founder with Preet's Candyceuticals and launched Emme, India's first period chocolate for menstrual pain relief, the release added.

"We are excited to have Manish on board as our National Sales Director," says Rahul Karwa, Chief Transformation Officer, Shipyaari. "The depth and width of his logistics experience in varied environments and in different avatars made him an easy choice for us to drive our sales agenda. His experience with carrier brands like DHL and FedEx brings along a lot of domain authority. His Amazon experience adds a much-needed operational understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem. His latest stint at a D2C brand set-up completed the loop that started with domain expertise and closed with customer empathy. We have ambitious growth plans for the next 18-24 months. Having someone like Manish as my co-pilot gives me a tremendous amount of confidence to go full throttle.”

Bhardwaj adds: "I am thrilled to be a part of this exciting growth plan and to join this dynamic team at Shipyaari. I am looking forward to contributing my expertise and experience to help drive the company's success. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth, I am confident that we will achieve our ambitious goals and exceed expectations. I am excited to be a part of this journey and can't wait to see what we can achieve together."

Bhardwaj has a postgraduate degree in international business, trade, and commerce from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Rajasthan.

Shipyaari is a SaaS-based logistics platform that simplifies and streamlines logistics processes for businesses aiming to expand beyond their geographical borders, the release added.
