S J Logistics (India) reported a 25% year-on-year rise in revenue to ₹125 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26), driven by contributions from its newly launched air cargo and NVOCC divisions.
EBITDA surged 57% to ₹22 crore, with margins improving 370 basis points to 17%. Profit after tax grew 33% to ₹14 crore, while PAT margin rose to 11%.
The air cargo division, launched post-IATA accreditation, generated ₹4 crore, contributing 3% to revenue, backed by tie-ups with eight international airlines. The NVOCC division earned ₹4 crore (3% of revenue) after expanding services to Libya and starting full-scale Dubai operations in Q4FY25.
