Kenstar partners with Unicommerce to streamline e-commerce operations
Unicommerce will help improve inventory visibility, warehouse efficiency and order fulfilment as the home appliance brand expands its e-commerce operations across India.

Kenstar has partnered with e-commerce technology platform Unicommerce to strengthen its order management and warehouse operations as the home appliance brand expands its digital commerce presence across India.
Under the partnership, Kenstar has deployed Unicommerce’s Uniware platform, including its Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), to integrate inventory, orders and warehouse operations across its sales channels.
The platform will enable Kenstar to manage orders from multiple channels through a single system, with real-time inventory visibility and improved warehouse efficiency. The integration is expected to support faster order processing, better stock utilisation and more efficient fulfilment as the company handles growing order volumes.
Kenstar serves customers through major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, its own website, more than 30,000 retail touchpoints and dealers, as well as modern trade and regional retail outlets. The company operates more than 18 warehouses and fulfilment centres across India.
The partnership comes as Kenstar expands its product portfolio across air coolers, water heaters, small home appliances and washing machines, with a focus on energy-efficient products. The technology integration is intended to provide a scalable operational framework to support its expanding online business and maintain a consistent customer experience across sales channels.
Speaking on the partnership, Sunil Jain, CEO, Kenstar, said, “At Kenstar, we are focused on making everyday life easier for consumers through innovative and reliable products. As we continue to expand our online presence and deepen our reach across India, it is equally important to build a technology foundation that can scale with the business. By partnering with Unicommerce, we aim to strengthen inventory visibility, improve fulfilment efficiency, and deliver a seamless shopping experience regardless of where customers choose to shop."
Commenting on the partnership, Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO, Unicommerce, said, “Kenstar has built a strong legacy in the Indian home appliances market by consistently evolving with changing consumer needs. As the brand accelerates its D2C growth, technology will play a critical role in ensuring that operational excellence keeps pace with business expansion. We are delighted to partner with Kenstar and provide the digital infrastructure that enables scalable growth.”
