GO DESi cuts rerouting costs 45% with ClickPost AI logistics
GO DESi partners ClickPost to automate B2B logistics, cutting rerouting costs 45% and scaling dispatches without hiring

GO DESi has partnered with ClickPost to automate its B2B logistics operations using the AI-powered platform Darwin, reducing rerouting costs by 45%, eliminating wrong-address shipments and increasing dispatch volumes by 60% without adding headcount.
The Bengaluru-based D2C food brand ships over 3 lakh units of its flagship DESi POPz daily from its manufacturing unit in Sira, Karnataka. As its offline distribution expanded, logistics operations became more complex due to heavy reliance on manual processes. Shipment details were handwritten by transporter field executives, often resulting in errors in addresses, pin codes and labelling. At one stage, nearly one in three shipments required rerouting, leading to higher costs and inefficiencies.
To address these challenges, the company deployed ClickPost Darwin, an AI-led logistics orchestration platform that integrates with its order management system. The platform automates shipment creation, label generation and carrier allocation, while offering a centralised dashboard for real-time visibility across operations.
Shipments are now processed digitally before pickup, removing manual intervention at the first mile. Proof of delivery is automatically captured and linked to each invoice, enabling faster and more accurate reconciliation. The system also provides a single interface to manage multiple logistics partners, eliminating the need to use separate carrier portals.
Following the implementation, wrong-location shipments have dropped to near zero and delivery proof accuracy has improved to 99%. Daily dispatches have increased from 50 to 75–80 shipments with the same team size, while processing time per shipment has reduced from 20–25 minutes to just a few minutes. Billing disputes, which earlier took weeks to resolve due to missing records, are now closed within hours.
Raksha, Co-founder, GO DESi, said ClickPost has helped the company scale operations seamlessly without adding many resources, improving dispatches and on-time deliveries.
Akhil Suhas, Head of Operations at GO DESi, said the platform allows central management of shipments across geographies, enabling teams in Bengaluru to generate labels in real time for pickups in cities such as Delhi without on-ground coordination.
Naman Vijay, Co-founder and CEO of ClickPost, said the Darwin platform is designed to remove manual dependencies and bring intelligence into every shipment, helping brands scale efficiently without increasing operational overhead.
Founded in 2018, GO DESi focuses on offering regional Indian treats to consumers in India and international markets. The company employs over 200 women, mainly from rural communities around its Sira facility, who make up 91% of its workforce. It also operates a second manufacturing unit in Bidadi, Karnataka, with a production capacity of 160 tonnes of Indian sweets per month.
ClickPost Darwin is also used by brands including Forever New, Manyavar, VIP Bags, Decathlon and The Face Shop to manage B2B logistics operations centrally.
