The company offers daily direct road routes from Pune to major hubs: Ahmedabad, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Indore, Nagpur, and Goa.

Allcargo Logistics is doubling down on its commitment to Maharashtra’s industrial corridor in Chakan, Pune. Following the approval of its organisational restructuring plan, which consolidates the domestic supply chain, express distribution, and consultative logistics divisions, the company is intensifying its focus on the provision of integrated, high-efficiency supply chain solutions across the region.
Developed by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), the Chakan belt stands as one of Asia's largest manufacturing clusters. The region, which is a major hub for the automotive, pharmaceutical, and heavy engineering sectors, has served as a critical operational base for Allcargo for over three decades.
“Our presence in Chakan MIDC has been a cornerstone of our commitment to Maharashtra’s industrial development,” said Ketan Kulkarni, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Allcargo Logistics.
“We understand the logistical complexities of large industrial clusters, and through innovative solutions, we help businesses expand their reach and improve operational efficiencies. By leveraging advanced technology, we ensure our customers continue to thrive in a competitive market,” Kulkarni added.
Operating out of the wider Pune MIDC region, Allcargo connects manufacturers to over 1,28,000 locations nationwide. According to the press release, an operational advantage for businesses within the Chakan cluster is the logistics provider's dual capability in surface and air transport, allowing clients to optimise their shipping strategies based on urgency and cost.
The company maintains daily direct road routes connecting Pune to major industrial and transshipment hubs, including Ahmedabad, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Indore, Nagpur, and Goa.
Furthermore, the vital Northeast region is serviced through a dedicated Guwahati hub, which facilitates distribution to remote destinations like Imphal, Shillong, Aizawl, and Dibrugarh.
The company's outbound operations from Chakan are strategically balanced across the nation, with North India receiving the largest share at 40%, serving key markets and cities like Chandigarh, Shimla, Bareilly, Ayodhya, and Varanasi.
South India accounts for 25% of the distribution, ensuring reach deep into the southern peninsula, including Nagercoil and Palakkad. Western Markets facilitate 20% of the rapid regional trade, while the remaining 15% is dedicated to East & Northeast India, guaranteeing reliable supply chain connectivity to historically hard-to-reach corridors.
