Hexalog opens 48,000 sq. ft. fulfilment hub in Bengaluru
The new facility strengthens Hexalog’s cross-border logistics, offering faster deliveries and new jobs in South India.

Hexalog Technologies has opened a 48,000 sq. ft. Value-Added Centre (VAC) in Bengaluru, marking a major step in its expansion of fulfilment capabilities across India. The new facility is positioned to take advantage of the city’s strong transport network as a Tier 1 hub and its proximity to key ports, enabling faster cross-docking, wider regional coverage, and improved last-mile deliveries in underserved areas.
The Bengaluru VAC is designed for e-commerce and cross-dock operations, supporting consumer shipments, bulk transfers, and high-volume parcel movement. Built as a multi-client facility, it allows flexible space use, shared resources, and scalable operations. The centre will begin by serving four clients, with capacity to add more as demand grows, ensuring efficient space use and strong service delivery.
Utkarsh Tripathi, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Hexalog, said the facility is part of the company’s “regional beachhead” strategy. He explained that the aim is to build density and service excellence in one corridor and then replicate the model across other high-potential markets.
The new centre integrates with Uni-commerce, a management system that supports inventory control, order processing, and real-time visibility. This technology is expected to enhance accuracy, speed up fulfilment, and improve client transparency. The facility will also generate employment opportunities in the region through operational and contractual roles, covering tasks such as packaging, handling, supervision, and administration.
With the Bengaluru expansion, Hexalog now operates five fulfilment centres in India and one in Shenzhen, China. The company plans further growth in metro and Tier 1 cities near major ports to strengthen its national network and meet rising demand.
