Air India to begin direct flights from Bengaluru to London

Oct 10, 2018: Air India will be launching direct connection from Bengaluru to London with a three-times-a-week flight starting November 17, 2018.

Oct 10, 2018: Air India will be launching direct connection from Bengaluru to London with a three-times-a-week flight starting November 17, 2018.

The aircraft operated will be a Boeing 787 (Dreamliner) on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Bengaluru and on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from London, an Air India release stated. The national carrier has also offered special introductory two-way fare for business class travel and for economy for the proposed flight.

The non-stop flight will fulfil the long-standing demand of IT professionals and health tourism in the region, it added. Air India currently flies to London from New Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
