Aug 22, 2016: Safeducate, a specialist in supply chain & logistics training, launched innovative Container Library on the occasion of Independence Day.

While inaugurating the Safeducate Container Library, Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Vasundhara Raje, said, “This Container Library signifies our efforts towards promoting education in Rajasthan. We will create many such Container Libraries all over Rajasthan and ensure that our people benefit from the high quality books available in these libraries. I strongly believe that education must be imparted to each and every person, irrespective of her economic status or gender. Therefore, we are ensuring that these Container Libraries are accessible to people from all walks of life.”

At the inauguration ceremony, the District Collector of Ajmer, Gaurav Goyal was present.

He said, “It is a matter of great pride for us that under the inspirational leadership of Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Vasundhara Raje, India’s first-ever Container Library has been launched today at Ajmer. Not only is Ajmer known for its rich cultural heritage, it is also popular for being an education hub. Keeping that in mind we have launched the Safeducate Container Library at Ajmer. This is a Mobile Library and will be moved to different locations across Ajmer, so that maximum number of people can benefit from it. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Safeducate and especially Divya Jain for her invaluable contribution towards the development of this Container Library.”

Divya Jain, Founder and CEO, Safeducate, said, “Safeducate Container Library is a unique endeavour by us to create a Mobile Library. This Container Library is made out of a refurbished Container, as a part of our Go Green initiative. The Safeducate Container Library can be easily moved to any location across India. Many such Container Libraries will be set up in the near future.”

Jain added, “The Safeducate Container Library is a learning hub, where students can gain knowledge on a variety of subjects. Millions of people across Rajasthan will benefit from this library. The library has a vast collection of books and periodicals meant for various age groups. We need to channelise the energy of our youth into education in a big way, and this Safeducate Container Library will help drive that, especially from the perspective of those who do not have the access to high quality books.”

Jain concludes, “Safeducate has been working towards bridging the huge skill gaps prevalent in the Indian economy. Under the Skill India Mission launched in 2015 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Minister of State for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, we had created the Safeducate Container School last year. We have been striving hard to provide skilling and education to the youth of India. I believe that quality education will be the engine of growth for our country in the years to come.”
