India’s leading business house Yogayatan Group, laid the foundation stone for Yogayatan Port at Mankhurd, Mumbai on December 4, 2015. The all-weather port will have accessibility to multiple cargos with an aim to support industrial development in the region. Yogayatan Port is one of the most iconic projects undertaken by the Yogayatan Group in recent times. India’s commercial capital, Mumbai has always been in need of an ever increasing infrastructure, which led to the planned development of this multi-phased port. The port is located in Mankhurd, at a distance of 100 meters from Thane Creek Railway Bridge, connecting Mankhurd (Mumbai) and Vashi (Navi Mumbai), at a distance of 10 nautical miles from Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Its strategic location is close to Mumbai city, 10 kilometres from the commercial centre of Mumbai.
