Commerce Secretary holds discussions with Indian Ambassadors in European Countries on trade issues

Aug 27, 2016: Commerce Secretary Rita Teaotia held detailed discussions with Indian Ambassadors in European countries on a range of trade issues, through DVC (desktop video conferencing). The discussion is part of a new initiative of interaction that has been taken recently.

This was the second such interaction after the ASEAN region.

Issues pertaining to institutional mechanisms, market access, and free trade agreements were some of the topics deliberated upon.
