Yashwant Pangarkar has been associated with Mahindra & Mahindra for last 30 years.

As Senior General Manager Logistics for Mahindra & Mahindra, he is responsible for managing complete inbound as well as outbound logistics function for M&M’s spare parts division with turnover of more than Rs 2500 crore. The operation comprises managing 3 mother depots & 11 small warehouses spread across the country.

He has managed supply planning & warehousing pan India.

To his credit, he has created warehouse network for finished goods as well as parts.

Yashwant Pangarkar has completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Madras Metallurgical Society (MMS).


Dirk Schusdziara

Senior Vice President Cargo, Fraport AG

After studying economics in Germany, Dirk Schusdziara started his career in 1996 with the airport operator Fraport AG. Schusdziara has extensive experience in airport and project management in various countries around the world. In 2009, Schusdziara became Chief Executive Officer at Fraport Twin Star Airport Management, which is the operator of the black sea coast airports Varna and Burgas in Bulgaria.

Three years after, he was appointed General Manager of Antalya Airport, the 14th biggest airport of Europe. In 2015, Schusdziara moved back to Germany and took over the position Senior Vice President Cargo at Fraport AG being responsible for cargo development and management at Frankfurt Airport.


Amit Borkar

Head Supply Chain, A Raymond Fasteners India Pvt. Ltd

He joined A Raymond in April 2015 and is responsible for leading the Supply Chain Operations, implementing operating systems and enhancing the End to End Supply Chain performance. To his credit, significant role in reshaping the Supply Chain Strategy resulting in improved order fulfillment and sales revenue and driving functional excellence.

His last assignment was at Linamar India as Head Purchase & Supply Chain for a Green field project.

He began his professional career in year 2000 with Cummins India in Pune where he gained 14 years of experience in various roles and responsibilities in domestic and international Purchasing. To his credit, contributed in various new product launches for domestic and international markets, cost reduction programmes and establishing supply chain for green field project and Six Sigma projects. The last role held was of Purchasing Leader for Power Generation Business Unit.

He has completed his executive Masters in Business Administration from SP Jain, Mumbai and earned Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering from Pune University.

He is also Honorary Treasure for Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM), Pune branch.


Roland Weil

Vice President Sales Cargo, Fraport AG

Roland Weil started his aviation career almost 30 years ago in the sales department of Air Canada in Frankfurt, Germany. A couple of years later he moved over to Delta Air Lines where he held several positions in Sales Management - the last one as Regional Director Sales Southern Europe and Southeast Asia.

In March 2005, he joined Fraport as VP Sales and has been the key contact for the airlines’ route and network planners ensuring optimal development of scheduled services to and via the Frankfurt Airport, Europe’s second largest passenger gateway and Europe’s cargo hub #1.

In February 2013, he was appointed VP Sales Cargo for Frankfurt Airport, based within Fraport’s Retail and Properties strategic business division.


Muralidhar Wadappi

Supply Chain Management, Benteler Automotive India

Muralidhar Wadappi leads the team of Supply Chain Management and Warehousing at Benterler Automotive. He is an Industrial Production Engineer from Karnataka University and has more than twenty years of experience in the automotive industry. He has worked in various fields such as vendor development, project management, business development, key account management and customer demand planning.


Nikhil Khairnar

With over 16 years of experience, Nikhil Khairnar holds expertise in Exim Logistics, commercial functions, shipping and freight forwarding, pre-shipment & post shipment documentation, MIS, contract negotiation and team management. Khairnar has a comprehensive understanding of the Export/ Import documentation and regulations pertaining to the SCM Industry. Khairnar is an effective communicator and is excellent in co-ordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, Customers, CHAs CFS ICDs for import/export custom clearance of the cargo.


Dr. Anant Sardeshmukh

Dr. Anant Sardeshmukh is the Director General of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture, Pune. He works as the CEO and looks after overall management of the secretariat

He has a Masters degree in Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations, from Bombay Labour Institute and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the USA with special emphasis on Finance and Marketing. He has received Ph.D. from Pune University in Management and in the area of MSME.

He has 30+ years experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Non Banking Finance especially in Lease and Hire Purchase, Consumer Finance and Banking. His experience also extends to other areas such as General Management, Taxation, Accounts, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. He has worked at senior positions for companies such as Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd., 20th Century Kinetic Finance Ltd., Deepak Nitrite Ltd., FDC Ltd. He is a trained Corporate and Management trainer and has been associated with many Institutions like Symbiosis Institute of Management, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, MIT College of Insurance, and National Insurance Academy.

He is a Governing Council Member for various industrial bodies like the MSME Facilitation Council, Government of Maharashtra, State Level Committee on Standardization of Quality Systems, GOM, International Chamber of Commerce India, New Delhi. He is a Director on the Board of MKCL, Lean Manufacturing Cluster, MCCIA Electronic Cluster Foundation, White Goods cluster and Pune Restoration & Navigation Company. He is also a Member on the Planning & Monitoring Board of Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Gokhale Institute and Member on the Board of Studies in Liberal Arts, Legal & Moral Science & Social Science of IndSearch. He is a member of Local Managing Committee of Vishwakarma Institute of Management. He is also a member on ICC India Task Forces on ICC Commissions and member of Central Direct Taxes Advisory Committee. He is a member on Academic Advisory Board of MIT School of Management.

He is a recipient of “Top Management Consortium Excellence Award : 2014-15”, “ Praj Maha Intrapreneur Award 2013” and “MITCON Excellence Award 2009”.


Pramod Kumar

Pramod Kumar is the EDC Service Head for Maharashtra and Goa region at Gati Kintetsu Express. He has completed his B.Tech and and has achieved A-Levels with excellent grades in MBA from NIITIE Mumbai. Post his successful completion on apprenticeship in Supply Chain management and Logistics he started his journey as a promising manager and apparently his vision to excel which is to establish himself as a qualified and dignified professional, with an aspiration of moving into Supply Chain management in the longer run.

Kumar is a commercially skilled Service Operations head with over 5 years extending his expertise with premium business partner contributor across the globe.


Shailendra Goswami

Chairman & Managing Director, Pushkaraj Group

Shailendra Goswami, a Graduate Engineer from College of Engineering, Pune (1974) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (1977) is the Chairman & Managing Director for Pushkaraj Group.

He is an Honorary Advisor to various small and medium scale industries around Pune in development of operations, Markets, Distribution Channels, Supply Chain, Business Strategies etc.

He is also a guest faculty and advisor to management institutes. He has contributed in design of Curriculum and Syllabus for MBA Programmes.

He is the President of IIM-B Alumni Association, Pune Chapter.

He is an ex-member of Executive Committee of MCCIA, Pune and along with this, an ex-member of Executive Committee of Indo Japanese Business Council.

He has also been invited as a panelist on various seminars addressing issues related to Automotive, Electronics, IT, Autocomponents, Global Sourcing, Leadership, Supply Chain, Facility Management etc. He has been an advisor to many multinational companies in setting up Indian operations, JVCs, establishing Indian customer base etc.


Rahul Nangare, IRS

Rahul Nangare is the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH), Nhava Sheva. Prior to joining JNCH in June 2016, Nangare was the Additional Director, Central Excise Intelligence (DGCEI), Mumbai. A 1999-batch IRS (Indian Revenue Service) officer, Nangare was awarded the Finance Minister's Gold Medal for Best Probationer during his training.

During his earlier assignments, Nangare held various positions including Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, JNCH, Nhava Sheva; Under Secretary, Central Board of Excise & Customs (CBEC), Ministry of Finance; Deputy Director, Central Excise Intelligence (DGCEI), Nashik and Assistant/Deputy Commissioner, Customs and Central Excise, Nagpur.

He has completed his MA from Pune University in Political Science and done Masters in Public Finance from GRIPS, Tokyo under WCO Scholarship.


Venkatesan Athmaraman

Venkatesan Athmaraman is the Head of strategy and Business Development for Delex Cargo India.

Prior to this, from July 2007 to July 2009, he served as Parts Logistics Manager - (GPSC) for Hewlett-Packard India Sales.

He has also worked with Ford India as Deputy Manager -Supply chain. He has worked with several other major companies such as BAX Global India, Pond cherry (Logistics Division), as Asst Project Manager - Operations (IBM Project); TVS & Sons Limited, Chennai as Officer - Projects (Logistics Business Unit); Doss Packaging, Chennai as Resident Plant Manager

He has over 20 years of work experience in Automotive, Electronics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Warehousing Fulfilment and 3PL domains.

He has earned Post graduate Degree in Statistics from LOYOLA College, Madras University, 1996 (Distinction).


Pankaj Chandak

Head, After Sales & Parts, FCA India Automobiles

He has 24 years of experience in automobile domain for 24 years.

He has worked in multiple automobile domains such as sales, network development, and after sales.

Previously, he has worked with General Motors, Hyundai and Yamaha.

He has completed his Mechanical Engineering from NIT Durgapur and is a Management Graduate from IMI Delhi.


Pankaj Narang

He is responsible for direct parts strategic sourcing. He is a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Kurukshetra and EMBA finance from SCMHRD (SIU).

He has extensive experience over 18 years includes various positions at GKN Driveline, General Motors India, Mahindra & Mahindra.

He has started iEDGE Learning- an E-Learning platform from Tata AutoComp. iEDGE Learning offers various Industry oriented certification courses in the areas of Quality, Safety, Sourcing, Logistics, maintenance, Product Engineering etc.

These courses are animated, story based and having practical examples from industry experts. His other initiatives in the area of technology include setting up a 3D printer at TACO and starting Internet of Things (IoT) projects in various areas.


Mandar Palsule

Head of solutions, Spear Logistics

Prior to this role, he served as the director for - Pune Area, India. He managed end-to-end supply chain for global customers, providing support and implementing solutions to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of material, information wherever needed.

He has earned Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from State University of New York.


Jiten Munot

Head Sales Admin & Logistics, Production Planning and control, Force Motors

Currently, He is responsible for three divisions – Commercial vehicles, agricultural and personal vehicles.

Prior to this, he has held various roles in marketing and admin at Force Motors.

He has 19 years of experience in supply chain. He has completed his electronic engineering as well certification course in sales and distribution Model (SAP Model).


Rakesh Pathak

Professor of Supply Chain & Logistics Management, International Institute of Management Studies, Pune

Rakesh Pathak is a senior management professional having more than decade of experience in manufacturing & supply chain operations.

Currently Pathak is a visiting professor of Supply Chain and Logistics Management at International Institute of Management Studies in Pune and a consultant to logistics companies.

Prior to this engagement, he worked with Swiss and US multinational in crafting after market strategy, managing projects and helping organisations for implementing and improving operational excellence programmes.

He has also been credited with planning strategies for Royal Enfield for launch of new models and creating Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for Toyota and Shinsie Bank, Japan, using Five Step Discovery Process (FSDP).

Pathak holds MS from BITS PILANI in Manufacturing Management and a Joint MBA from IIT Madras & IIM Calcutta with specialisation in Operations Strategy, and is also an Six sigma Green Belt Certified.

He is also a Member of Project Management Institute, PMI, US, Pune Chapter and has won the best paper awards on presenting Framework for Working in Matrix Based Organisations hoisted By PMI Pune in year 2015.

He has also published and presented papers in areas of supply chain and logistics management, innovation, customer centricity, matters in national and international journals.


Suhail Kazi

IRS Deputy Commissioner Customs, Pune

He has worked earlier in Central Excise and Service Tax, handling various charges such as Audit & Investigation.

Presently posted as in charge of I.C.D, Talegaon in Pune.


Santosh Bhanu

Manager, Supply Chain, Ford India

Santosh Bhanu has 17 years of experience in automobile industry. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering.

In Ford, he has worked around for 8 years in various fields such material planning, logistics, packaging, supply chain.

Prior to his current role, he was working with Murugappa Group in chain manufacturing.

He has also worked with Godrej – Storage Solutions.
